Reward for Long Service To The Local Government Body
WHEREAS Councillor Dexter Rowland has served with distinction and honour for over 28 years to the Port Antonio Division in the parish of Portland;
WHEREAS the said Councillor Dexter Rowland for 28 years has contributed significantly to the growth and development of the Portland Parish Council over these years;
WHEREAS the said Councillor Dexter Rowland demonstrate his commitment and dedication to the Local Government Reform System;
BE IT RESOLVED that the said Councillor Dexter Rowland be recognized and rewarded for his many years of service to the Local Government Body;
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be sent to the Office of the Prime Minister for the said Councillor Dexter Rowland to be rewarded and recognized at the Annual National Hero’s Day Award Ceremony 2104.
