TENDER NOTICE
INSURANCE PLACEMENT
Offers are invited for tenders from insurance companies and Brokers which are pre-qualified by the Financial Services Commission (FSC) and registered with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC) to provide insurance services to the St Catherine Municipal Corporation
Procurement Method: Local Competitive Bidding
Eligibility: Registered Pre-qualified Brokers and Insurers will be required to submit in their tenders:
Copies of valid Tax Compliance Letters /Certificates (TCLs/TCCs) indicating tax compliance at the time of tender submission
Copies of valid PPC Registration Certificates for the provision of insurance services
A summary of the risks (for each proposal)
Collection of Documents: As of Monday, February 14, 2022(Mondays-Thursdays @ 8:45a.m. to 4:30p.m. and Fridays, 8:45a.m. to 3:30p.m.)
Tender Packages are available at a cost of $2,000.00 (non-refundable) payable in cash at the St Catherine Municipal Corporation.

Public Liability
Employer’s Liability
Loss of Money

Group Personal AccidentReturn of Tenders:
Sealed Bids (one marked Original and one identical Copy) must be deposited in the designated tender box located in the lobby area at the St Catherine Municipal Corporation by 3:00p.m. on Thursday, March 31, 2022.Bid opening follows at 3:15p.m. in the Council Chamber Room at the Corporation. Late submissions will not be accepted.
