Invitation to Tender
The St. Catherine Parish Council invites contractors to submit tender to undertake construction of Thetford cemetery chapel in church pen Division, St Catherine.
Description
The works will include but not necessarily be restricted to the following work description:
1. Excavation and earth works
2. Formwork
3. Concrete work
Eligibility of Tender
All bidders with valid building construction contractor grades 1-4, except for foreign bidders must provide:
TCC : a valid tax compliance certificate
NCC : a valid national contractors commission certificate
Collection of Documents
Tender document must be collected from the St. Catherine Parish Council, Emancipation Square, Spanish Town.
Documents will be available as of 6th April 2016 between the hours of 10am and 5pm each weekday, for the period ending 26th April 2016
Bidders will be required to pay a non – refundable fee of $5000 for each set of documents. Payments may be paid in cash or managers cheque, payable to the St. Catherine Parish Council.
Return Tenders
Sealed bids are to be placed in a tender box located at the administration office at the St. Catherine Parish Council Building.

The opening will take place in the council’s chamber of the St. Catherine Parish Council on the 26th of April 2016 at 3 pm.
